Conocida con este nombre por creerse que aquí vivió el regidor Tomás López de Ecala o alguien de su familia. Construida en el siglo XVIII. Destaca en singular trabajo de cantería y herrería, éste último, obra de Juan Ignacio Vielma (1784). Un edificio único en su género, lo más granado de la arquitectura civil exterior del barroco queretano.
