De caracter histórico, En esta Capilla histórica, Belgrano instaló en 1819 su cuartel general, cuando comandaba el Ejército del Norte. Tiene la Pilarica –imagen al pie de la cual él oraba por su salud. Fue restaurada en 1978 e inaugurada con un acto aniversario de la Batalla de Tucumán.
