Obra realizada con motivo de los 200 años de la Revolución de Mayo, los primeros destellos de libertad, entre los colores que identificaban a Fernando VII y que conformaron con posterioridad nuestros colores patrios, blanco y celeste- Estos rayos de libertad tambien unieron los colores que identificaron la desunión de los argentinos, representados por los colores rojos punzón de los federales y el azul de los unitarios, que durante estos 200 años al unirse formaron una gran nación, la Argentina-
