Las Ruinas Jesuíticas de la Santísima Trinidad se encuentran en el sureño departamento de Itapúa,a 32 kilómetros de la ciudad de Encarnación (y no como mucha gente cree,está cerca a Ciudad del Este.. al contrario,está a una gran distancia de CDE). Fundada en 1706 y despoblada a comienzos del siglo XIX. Cuenta con 117 hectáreas de edificaciones.
