construida en piedra de estilo neoclásico, es una de las pocas en el mundo donde se venera a una Santa en cuerpo presente, Santa Fortunata, cuyos restos fueron exhumados de las catacumbas de Calepodio después del siglo XV, llegando a MOQUEGUA en 1798.
