Esta Iglesia en su primeros tiempos era de madera en los años 1888 y un violento terremoto, la capilla se fue todo al suelo y en el año 1947, comenzó su construcción y para el año 1956 se inauguró llamandose, Iglesia Sagrado corazón de Jesus
