Tomando como partida una fotografía, hemos copiado detalle por detalle con el pincel lo más fiel posible todo el conjunto de esta obra. Lo sorprendente de la pintura es que transfiere a la escena un realismo del que es incapaz de lograrse con la fotografía. Por ello la pintura sigue sendo superior en mucho en el aspecto de arte auténtico. La fotografía como fotografía tiene sus méritos, y sirve de soporte al pintor.
