En cada pieza se invierten muchas horas, desde la selección del mejor barro, el moldeado, el pintado (en el que usan pinceles fabricados a mano con cabello humano y pintura hecha con insumos naturales), para terminar la obra de arte se quema a 1200 o C
The wonderful work of the artists of Mata Ortiz, takes a lot of concentration, patience and love. In each piece many hours are invested from the selection of the best clay, the molding, the painting ( they use brushes made by hand with human hair, the colors are made with natural materials) to finish the piece it get burned at 1200o C
