En un marco general y muy intimista, los sentimientos no dejan de ser un estado de ánimo o simplemente una acción de sentir en su forma más pura, y eso conlleva a una acumulación excesiva de emociones enfrentadas con las distintas personas que se nos cruzan en nuestra vida y al finalizar relaciones con ellas, desechamos todo o casi todo lo referente con ellas, llegando a buscar por nosotros mismos el verdadero o imaginario bien. Las acumulaciones llegan a saturar nuestra mente de una manera excesiva, y eso para una buena salud mental no es muy recomendable sino se sacan a fuera, fuera, fuera.
Las personas siempre se nos quedan arrinconadas en algún rincón de nosotros mismos, al contrario que las palabras, se pierden nada más terminadas de pronunciar. Analiza tu desecho porque te abrirá un mundo nuevo.
