This breathtaking oil painting captures the majestic beauty and grace of a great white heron in flight. The movement and dynamics of the flying heron have been masterfully captured. The outstretched wings are painted with wonderful detail. The tension in the legs and the slight tilt of the head convey a sense of power and purpose.
