El 6 de julio de 1816, en una sesión secreta del Congreso de Tucumán, Manuel Belgrano advirtió que el mundo había cambiado y que ya no era posible seguir dudando.
Había llegado el momento de declarar la Independencia.
Pero fue mucho más allá. También presentó un proyecto para organizar la nueva Nación, integrando a los pueblos andinos en un mismo destino común.
Aquel discurso quedó opacado por el Acta del 9 de Julio. Sin embargo, ayudó a definir uno de los momentos más trascendentes de nuestra historia.

Artist information

LAUTARO PLIERS born in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires on May 20, 1969. He studied art at the Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes "Manuel Belgrano" and perfected in the "Instituto Universitario Nacional de Arte" (IUNA). Practice while also working on murals and street art with artist Mary Marino and disciples of the maestro Ricardo Carpani.
