Bernardo O'Higgins Riquelme (San Bartolomé de Chillán y Gamboa, Imperio español, 20 de agosto de 1778-Lima, Perú, 24 de octubre de 1842) fue un militar y político chileno reconocido por ser libertador de Chile, así como por ser uno de los padres de la Patria de Chile, por su participación en el proceso de independencia de Chile del Imperio español, tanto en la respectiva guerra como en el cargo de gobernante como director supremo entre 1817 y 1823, cuando consolidó su inicio como nación.

LAUTARO PLIERS born in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires on May 20, 1969. He studied art at the Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes "Manuel Belgrano" and perfected in the "Instituto Universitario Nacional de Arte" (IUNA).
