El sol radiante del día
en tus ojos aparece
cuando alegre el turpial mece
los rayos de tu mirada,
amarillo de alborada
bajo arcos negros y bellos
repartiendo sus destellos
en la nítida alborada.
Pone el turpial en tus ojos
un expresivo fulgor
con el que les das color
a su cuerpo y a sus alas
entre las brillantes galas
emanadas de una mata,
y también la paraulata
estremece las escalas.
