Artwork details
The Australian brush-turkey is a typical bird of Australia. They are a protected species that scavenges for food along beaches and green spaces, while also raking the ground to build their mound nests—a habit that can sometimes tear up residential gardens.
This image captures the path I used to ride on my bike from my house in Byron Bay to the beach or downtown, where I'd often run into these turkeys, among other species.
