Esta obra pretende mediante visualidades extrañas de fluidos, orificios sin sentido y materialidades singulares sumergirnos en un cavilar de cambios y de olvidos, en acciones concatenados de progreso y estancamiento, en tiempos y destiempos. en memorias y olvidos. Que nos lleva a cuestionar, reflexionar y problematizar acerca de las huellas de ciertos lugares y estructuras, dispuestas al olvido, cuyo trazado de la línea física y reminiscencia solo queda las ruinas visibles, y las marcas de un espacio ya remoto.
Dicho por el artista y maestro Saidel Brito, esta propuesta: “problematiza las huellas que han dejado ciertos lugares y geografías entrópicas, como el ferrocarril o la antigua fábrica de alcoholes de la localidad de Durán. El abandono, los desagües y las identidades quebradizas toman cuerpo en sus pinturas”
