Artwork details
A city that beats to the rhythm of tango. In “The Bellows and the Violins”, towers, domes and facades unfold like a breathing bandoneon: planes of ochre, orange, pink and lime green stack up between black strokes and neon lines, while the golden spires of the city echo the strings of the violins. Acrylic, pastel and gestural marks on canvas, with an open sky that lets the composition breathe. Original artwork signed by the artist.
