YACO por Lautaro Dores - Arte Argentino
El nombre Yaco, aunque de sonoridad simple y aparentemente moderna, esconde una historia rica y antigua. Su origen se encuentra en el idioma quechua, una lengua indígena de América del Sur, especialmente en los Andes. La palabra "Yaco" en quechua significa 'río' o 'agua', haciendo alusión a la importancia vital del agua para la cultura andina.
El nombre Yaco también significa “protector del cuero”.

LAUTARO PLIERS born in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires on May 20, 1969. He studied art at the Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes "Manuel Belgrano" and perfected in the "Instituto Universitario Nacional de Arte" (IUNA). Practice while also working on murals and street art with artist Mary Marino and disciples of the maestro Ricardo Carpani.
