Born in Panama City, Panama in 1971. He began his artistic training at the School of Fine Arts in the city of Santiago where, in 1995, he earned an Associate\'s Degree in Plastic Arts. The following year, he took an Ornamental Ironwork and welding course at a Vocational Institute in Veraguas.
