Empty Nest
Detalles de la obra
In this painting, the nest symbolizes home, and the egg is the child who is nurtured by the parents.
The child leaves home, and the nest is empty. But the parents are prepared to make this sacrifice in order to promote the growth and development of the child.
The child eventually grows up, and cares for the parent.
The cycle of life repeats itself again and again.
