This painting represents more than just a tribute to a musician; it honors resilience. It depicts one of the pioneering artists who revived the spirit of New Orleans jazz after Hurricane Katrina’s devastation. In a time when the French Quarter’s lights dimmed, businesses shuttered, and many musicians left, this band remained. Through their music, they proclaimed a message of hope and renewal: "We will rise again." This work is a testament to the enduring power of music and the unbreakable spirit of a community reborn.
Mi arte refleja mi conexión con mi ser divino. Alcanzo mis expresiones más profundas cuando me desconecto del mundo. A veces, las decisiones precipitadas provocan esa desconexión, pero logro recuperarme invitando a mi espíritu divino y aprovechando las oportunidades para procesar experiencias y crecer. Cada obra encarna la sanación, la alegría, la percepción y la celebración de la creatividad. Utilizo diversas técnicas, medios y soportes.
La pintura, especialmente al óleo, es mi pasión. El retrato me conecta con las personas, a veces incluso cuando ellas no son conscientes de mi presencia. Soy artista gráfica, comercial y de bellas artes, con más de 30 años de trayectoria y la creación de 300 diseños registrados y ocho colecciones originales.
