Detalles de la obra
This painting presents an artistic interpretation of the planet Neptune, the distant ice giant of our solar system. The planet is depicted as a glowing blue sphere that stands out against the deep black of space. The surface of the planet is painted in various shades of blue, from deep cobalt blue to lighter, almost turquoise-coloured tones. The brushstrokes are clearly visible and run in curved lines across the planet's surface, giving the impression of swirling winds and turbulent storms in Neptune's atmosphere. Overall, the image captures the mysterious beauty and distant, cold nature of the planet Neptune. It combines scientific observation with artistic freedom and invites the viewer to reflect on the wonders of our solar system.
