The artist was inspired by “the Chibcha Mythology of Creation, where in this second age of the creation of the world, Sas Quyhynuca, Chiminigagua is born, and the light inside him comes out and illuminates everything, creating two black birds from within, and rays of light emerging form their peaks spread through the Universe. Then Chiminigagua spirals around the immensity, and Chuecutagua, goddess of the emeralds and what is below, is born at the same time gold appears in the world.”
