“Take It” is an original contemporary abstract acrylic painting exploring the relationship between opportunity, receiving and human action.

At the centre of the work, a hand emerges from a luminous white flow. For the artist, this gesture represents a simple but powerful idea: life may already be offering us what we need, but recognising an opportunity is not enough. We must also be willing to reach for it.

The flowing white forms suggest abundance, possibility and an unseen source of giving. The hand becomes a symbol of conscious action — the moment when intuition turns into a choice.

The painting reflects on a common human experience: knowing internally that it is time to change, begin, accept or move forward, yet remaining still because of doubt or fear.

“Take It” invites the viewer to consider what they already feel is available to them — and what they are still afraid to receive.

Part of Nataly Ustinova’s artistic research into human consciousness, subconscious patterns and the relationship between inner states and action. Through intuitive fluid painting, colour and movement become a visual language for states of consciousness.
