The figure in the forest represents the people-pleaser, someone who lives under others’ expectations and constantly sacrifices themselves to be accepted.
The huge eyes symbolize controllers, who seek safety and power by shaping or influencing others.
Their relationship forms a cycle of dependence: the people-pleaser is bound by the desire to be approved, while the controller relies on that dependence for a sense of security.
This dynamic leads to confusion, loss, and emotional pain.
True freedom comes from inner independence and self-recognition. By noticing these invisible chains and choosing our own path, we can leave the forest of confusion and return to our authentic selves.
