La talla de la tapa es un ramo de fantasía asimétrica de flores y hojas. Frente y costados con tallas asimétricas con gallones en el cuarto bocel.
Talla con mucho movimiento y gracia, hecha con esmero. Nogalina, cera virgen y otros componentes han sido empleados en su terminación.
