Lucia Aminta Beltran Zapata was born on January 8, 1955 in Gachala, Cundinamarca (Colombia). An artist by vocation, as a child was interested in painting and crafts. He has extensive academic and self taught. Over 25 years devoted to tutoring, to promote the pleasure and love for art as therapy and lifestyle.
