Frida Kahlo, la carne abierta :
Este retrato de Frida Kahlo, altamente expresionista y simbolista, es un homenaje a la obra de esta artista voluntaria que propone una lectura alegórica del mensaje social, feminista e identitario de sus autorretratos, un mensaje expresado por su identificación personal con tres grandes símbolos de la cultura popular mexicana: la Llorona (el fantasma de la madre magullada que llora la pérdida de sus niños), la Chingada o Malinche (la mujer "abierta", engañada, violada por el Hombre conquistador) y la Mascara (la máscara del indígena que llora y grita su sufrimiento)...
