Detalle, "Atlantis 31", Con esta nueva colección quiero unir mis dos pasiones y profesiones, la pintura y el mar. Como algunos sabéis desde muy pequeño practico el submarinismo a nivel recreativo y profesional. De alguna manera me gustaría reflejar esa parte de mi vida en mi obra. Espero que os guste? Atlantis (en griego antiguo) es la forma femenina derivada del nombre Atlas o Atlante. En la literatura griega clásica era usada frecuentemente para denominar a una «hija o descendiente de Atlas» (su traducción más literal), y en especial a la «mar Atlántica» en femenino. Heródoto (1.202), por ejemplo, la cita como:(thálassa h? Atlantís kaleomén?, «la mar llamada Atlántica»)
