Es el reflejo del alma de Moctezuma implorando a los Dioses ayuda, ya que poco a poco va decayendo tras ver que su gran imperio se va desboronando y va siendo conquistado por extraños personajes que llegaron a invadir tierras aztecas, tan solo para robar su oro y territorio. Moctezuma expresa una gran angustia y sabe que pronto todo acabara para los mexicas, sabe que los Dioses los han abandonado a él y a su pueblo.
