This artwork explores a space that exists between waking reality and dream, between the known and the unknowable. Emerging from mist and shadow, the monumental form resembles a cliff, a tower, and an ancient being beyond time. It appears as a silent guardian standing at the boundary of worlds, watching over an unseen passage between different states of existence.
Detached from any specific geography, the landscape becomes a metaphor for the inner territory of the human mind. Familiar landmarks dissolve, while the surrounding space acquires the qualities of myth, memory, and dream. The image does not fully reveal its mystery, leaving room for personal interpretation.
The monochrome graphic language enhances the contemplative character of the composition. The work invites viewers to reflect on the idea that the boundary between worlds exists not somewhere outside us, but within ourselves. It is there that the unseen passages between reality and imagination, fear and hope, the finite and the eternal can be found.
