En el puerto de BRISTOL, Bristol Docks, puedo pintar este monumento de la ingeniería ferroviaria entre los railes de los ferrocarriles en los que se descargaban las mercancías que llevaban los barcos, en el Canal navega la antigua réplica de la Carabela Matthew en homenaje al navegante John Cabot, todo ello forma una interesante escena de la historia de la ciudad. El color de la grúa de vapor Fairbairn se mimetiza con los grises del asfalto mientras la luz del cielo lucha por emerger de las nubes. Pintura del artista pintor Ernest Descals sobre papel de 50 x 70 centímetros, estoy aprovechando el viaje para estar pintando tantos lugares históricos y paisajistas.
