Artwork details
This painting depicts Jesus at peace amidst a turbulent ocean and a yellow-red sky. Peace in the midst of turmoil is not the absence of problems, but rather an inner confidence and faith in God, even when an immediate answer is not in sight. It is achieved by resting in God’s promise of protection, praying, and choosing not to be disturbed, understanding that storms are temporary and help us grow.
There will always be noise outside, but as long as there is peace within, everything passes.
This painting will change any dull room into a space full of beauty and hope.
