Refleja la inmensa diversidad y la belleza del Mar Mediterráneo.
Está hecho de un collage entre las capas de pintura. Algunas partes son claramente visibles y presentes, otras apenas se ven o incluso están totalmente escondidas debajo de otra capa de pintura como la historia misma, algunas partes todavía recordamos y otras están ocultas - momentos ocultos para siempre.
The painting tells the story of the Mediterranean, from the past to the present. About the sea trade from the many different countries around the sea, about the human suffering of refugees in lifeboats and also about happy moments. One discovers the fauna and its threat, the pollution of the water, but also the possible salvation. The artwork reflects the immense diversity and beauty of the Mediterranean region.
In this painting you will find stories, represented with collages, between the layers of paint. Some parts are very clearly visible, others are barely recognizable or even completely hidden under other coats of paint, such as the story itself with its histories that we still remember, and others that are hidden - hidden moments forever.
