Artwork details
Do not seek the light in the explosion—seek it in the trace of silk left behind by the soul when it decides to forgive itself. There is a swan in the water with its cygnets pressed against its body. And above, two swans flying together through the stars. They are the same animal. The one that cares and the one that flies. The one that stays and the one that leaves. Purity is not emerging clean from history. It is being able to do both things at the same time: holding what is fragile and letting go of the weight.
The Flight appears when the tension is no longer between moving forward or staying, but between the two parts of you that need opposite things at the exact same time. Working with this card means ceasing to choose between caring and letting go. Purity is not innocence regained—it is the capacity to be whole in every single place you are.
