"El Puente de Don Luis I es el más emblemático de la ciudad portuguesa de Oporto, Inaugurado en 1886, su estructura metálica sobre el río Duero, conecta el centro histórico de Oporto con las bodegas de Vila Nova de Gaia.
Diseñado por el discípulo de Gustave Eiffel, el ingeniero Théophile Seyrig, Tiene un nivel inferior para los vehículos y otro superior por donde circula el metro y también los peatones."
