Artwork details
Old rusted iron window belonging to an ancient palace in Seville, Spain. This painting centers on a narrow barred window set into a pale, textured wall, its dark opening framed by rust-toned ironwork with vertical lines and rounded intersections. Dense garden growth fills the lower edge: glossy green foliage and a band of red, pink, and magenta flowers. Thick brushstrokes and soft, layered whites give the surface a tactile, weathered look. This painting will be shipped inside a tube.
