The work presents a female figure merged with a musical instrument into a unified plastic structure. The figure of the saxophonist unfolds through a complex geometry of planes, where body, space, and sound form an interconnected rhythmic system.
The composition is built on the principle of fragmented form and the interaction of multidirectional color planes, referring to the visual language of Cubism, while preserving decorative unity and emotional clarity. The musical instrument functions not only as an object but as a compositional core that directs the movement of lines and color rhythms.
The face of the figure retains an inner concentration and calmness, contrasting with the dynamic layering of the surrounding space. The color structure is based on the interplay of saturated warm and cool tones, creating a sense of vibration and inner resonance. Geometric elements form a visual equivalent of musical texture, where rhythm manifests through repetition, variation, and chromatic modulation.
The work explores the interaction between human presence and music as a state of focused awareness and creative freedom. Here, music transforms from audible sound into visual form — a system of rhythms, lines, and color accents that shape a coherent artistic image.
