Esta obra muestra un atardecer en el que mar y cielo se funden en un juego de colores vibrantes y texturas densas. Predominan los azules intensos que evocan la serenidad del agua y la vastedad del cielo, atravesados por toques cálidos de naranjas y amarillos que representan el sol ocultándose en el horizonte. La técnica de pinceladas superpuestas crea una sensación de movimiento, como si la superficie del mar respirara junto con las nubes.
