Esta pintura muestra un sereno paisaje costero inspirado en Punta de Jandía, el extremo suroccidental de Fuerteventura, en las Islas Canarias.
En el horizonte se extiende una cadena de montañas marrones, bañadas por la luz del sol, que contrastan con los tonos intensos del Atlántico. El mar, en distintos matices de azul y verde turquesa, refleja la calma del día y el cielo ligeramente nublado. En primer plano, se distinguen rocas oscuras que bordean la costa y, mar adentro, pequeñas embarcaciones que flotan plácidamente.
Born in 1955 in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
