Alienation — Burgundy Pause

A warm pink face rises above a muted violet body within a burgundy field. A pale horizontal stripe crosses behind the arms, while white and dark marks continue below it. The restrained palette gives the repeated human form a sense of pause and emotional reserve.

An original work by Gela Mikava from the Alienation series, painted with acrylic and oil on fabric. The series explores human presence, anonymity and emotional distance.
