Thalassa II is a continuation of my exploration into the mesmerizing beauty and profound depth of the ocean, part of my Thalassa series. This acrylic on canvas measures 50x100 cm and delves deeper into the abstract representation of the sea and sky. The composition is divided into two harmonious halves, with the lower portion capturing the dynamic essence of ocean waves through bold brushstrokes of deep blue, interspersed with hints of purple to convey the sea's movement and vitality. The upper half of the canvas contrasts with a serene expanse of light blue and white, depicting the sky in a minimalist, planar style.
