Perteneciente a mi serie de obras "Homenaje", un homenaje a nuestros mayores, en especial a los ancianos fallecidos durante el covid.
En esta obra retrato a una mujer anciana, homenajeando el 8 de marzo, el día de la mujer, y a su vez un homenaje a las ancianas que están viviendo la guerra entre Ucrania y Rusia, desprotegidas, con muchas vivencias, buenas y malas, con arrugas, fruto de esas vivencias y una vida entera tras ellas. Le ha tocado luchar en una nueva guerra.
