Alienation — White Face in Rose

A pale face emerges from a rose-colored figure, with a muted grey-green passage at the chest. White vertical lines frame the body and darker marks interrupt its lower edges. In this intimate format, the contrast between an unreadable face and a familiar human outline becomes especially direct.

An original work by Gela Mikava from the Alienation series, painted with acrylic and oil on fabric. The series explores human presence, anonymity and emotional distance.
