Trust and control - are they opposites or rather two poles of the same thing? We often see control as something negative, but what if true control means trusting yourself and your intuition? You don't have to over-control, but you can trust that your perception is always correct.
"The alchemy of trust and control" is an image from my Alchemy seriesin which I combine (apparent) opposites and invite you to recognize that life consists of many different facets and that you can use this to your advantage.
The panther stands for your subconscious and trust in yourself and the power that lies dormant within you. The maned wolf stands for the fact that control can also come easily and playfully by finding your own inner balance.
The painting was created in several layers with acrylic and oil paints.
