Dancer

A figure suggested by black lines and red shapes appears suspended in mid-movement against a pale background. Diagonal lines meet at a central point and extend like limbs, evoking the lightness, tension and balance of dance.

Above, a large eye framed in red introduces a symbolic presence: a gaze that observes while also asking to be seen. Curved shapes bring rhythm and softness to the composition, offsetting the firmness of the black strokes.

Through essential forms and contrasting colours, Dancer explores the relationship between body, gaze and expression. A suspended gesture in which strength and delicacy coexist.
