Nine top-flight artists donate their genius to the charity project Regala salud mental, run by the Fundació Salut Mental Catalunya.
Enric Ansesa, Joan Barbarà, Simó Busom, Gustau Carbó Berthold, Lourdes Fisa, Antonio Hervás Amezcua, Concha Ibáñez, Amèlia Riera and Jaume Rocamora are offering nine artworks with the aim of raising funds, through their sale on Artelista, to help improve the quality of life of people with mental disorders.
They are nine lithographs made using an intaglio process and printed on handmade 36x50 cm paper. The prints are signed, numbered and identified with the initiative by means of an embossed mark with the Foundation's name. Everything raised will go entirely to the project.
The Foundation, formerly the Fundació Funamment, works to provide greater wellbeing for the people it cares for and also for their families. In particular, it seeks to support their autonomy and social integration, encouraging their individual development. To do so, it runs social clubs and programmes of outings or home visits. It also has leisure and respite spaces for carers.
By buying a lithograph from Regala salud mental, you help make daily life easier for the Foundation's users and the people around them, giving:
- A weekend outing for one user with specialised support staff.
- Two days of rest for a carer, providing professional care for the affected person at home.
- A month's attendance at a social club for one user.
- Or ten hours of home care for an affected person.
The artworks can be bought separately, at 180 euros, or as the complete collection, with a saving for buying them together. In that case, the nine prints cost 1,400 euros. Shipping is completely free, including international destinations.
