Würth Museum La Rioja (Spain) opens tomorrow an exhibition dedicated to the works of artist David Rodríguez Caballero. The works of Rodríguez Caballero, considered by critics as minimal art, are present at the Würth Museum in Spain, the Oteiza Foundation, the National Library in Madrid, the ISE Cultural Foundation (New York-Tokyo) and the Palace of the Popes in Viterbo (Italy).
Rodríguez Caballero produces works on aluminum plates, paper, enamel, vinyl and plexis. He works with simple forms using an artisan intervention characterized by his mastery in original techniques. The artist twits large aluminum pieces and his creations are an interplay between the pictorial and sculptural concepts.
The exhibition, entitled David Rodríguez Caballero. Glaciers, displays pieces of aluminum and brass, vinyl, monumental work and jewelry, drawings and models.
