Museo Tamayo introduces new environments

After ten months of large-scale work, the Museo Tamayo reopens with new a remodeled exhibition halls, an education hall, a fine dining restaurante, a store, an auditorium and world-class services. Architect Teodoro González de León has participated on this project.

The museum will feature a Rufino Tamayo retrospective exhibition, which will showcase the different ways in wich the Oaxaca artist addressed some classics in the history of art throughout his artistic career.

The program also includes the exhibition of two collections titled Tomorrow Was Already Here and First Act, along with the projects of three contemporary artists: Pierre Huyghe, Michael Stevenson and Ryan Gander.
