Maru Garza is a native of the city of Mexico. In 1989 egresde graphic design at the National School of Arts and plastic-UNAM for ten years that was his professional work. In 2001 decidicursar the Diploma in Visual Arts at the UAM-Azcapotzalco and early 2002 he started photographic studio in the Art Center Fotogrfico. Today already has ten collective exhibitions among which Our eyes: origin and passion in the gallery in San Francisco Somarts California, with Holga Photographs at the Lighthouse of the East and we are what we see in Visual Space Gallery Sal Serrano. Also has solo exhibitions, first in 2001 under the Title Intimate Contrasts and more recently in March 2005 on body memory. The past year was selected in the Visual Arts Biennial of the XI Biennial Yucatny photographer, Mexico. Currently based in México City and is co-founder of the study three photographers.
