To mark The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee in 2012, the National Portrait Gallery, London, in collaboration with the National Galleries of Scotland, Ulster Museum, Northern Ireland and National Museum of Wales stage an innovative touring exhibition bringing together 60 of the most remarkable and resonant images of Elizabeth II spanning the 60 years of her reign and some on public display for the first time.

The National Museum of Visual Arts in Uruguay, in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Spain, presents the exhibition Giant Polaroid 50x60, which consists of an extensive series of photographs taken with one of the world’s biggest cameras that are capable of producing large prints of 50 x 60 cm.
